2023 November Meeting Minutes

TOWN of ROOSEVELT
Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, November 5, 2023 at 7pm
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Hwy H Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at – 7:02pm
 
Present: Tyler Odden, Lee Huber, Kate Odden, Todd Coons, Becca Odden, Wayne Romsos, Steve Madison
 
There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. 
 
Treasurer’s Report
Beginning balance of $133,227. There was $16,995.65 in deposits, with $329.63 in interest. Disbursements of $4,472.48. Remaining balance of 146,079.59.
 
Clerk’s Report
Checks #9065-9070 in the amount of $6,626.95 were presented for payment. Check #9061 was voided. There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons to pay bills as submitted. 
 
Old Business
Accessor Contract – Signed. Audit worksheet – In Progress. Road discussions – Tyler will talk to Steve about salt/sand preparations for winter. LRIP application being sent in by Lee. Road signs/fire number, Todd is still waiting to get final numbers.                                    
                           
New Business 
A company down by Chippewa is doing some tree cutting, Lee mentioned to look at Lake 32.
 
There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to adjourn the meeting at 7:27pm.
