Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 16th, 2023
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Hwy H Barronett
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:00 pm.

 
Present: Tyler Odden, Lee Huber, Kate Odden
 
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2ndby Lee Huber, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC
 
Treasurer’s Report
 
 
Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9023-9027 in the amount of $10,634.55 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted.  MC
 
Old Business
Liquor license approvals
Motion to approve Timberland Bar and Grill, renewal application license. Motion from Lee Huber, Tyler Odden seconds. Roosevelt Hills application, has one question that is not answered. Motion will be approved, pending that they can complete 6b question and that it is “NO”. Motion by Lee Huber, second by Tyler Odden. 
Tyler to contact Sleepy Hollow about ditch mowing.
Dust control – Enviro Tech
