The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at – 7:04pm

 
Present: Tyler Odden, Lee Huber, Kate Odden, Todd Coons, Becca Odden, Steve Madison, Wayne Romsos
 
There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2ndby Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9035-9039in the amount of $4,882.82 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons to pay bills as submitted.  MC
