TOWN of ROOSEVELT
Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
September 13, 2022
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:14 pm.

 
Present: Todd Coons, Lee Huber, Trish Miner, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Wayne Romsos
 
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC
 
Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of August 31, 2022:  $115,258.70
 
Clerk’s Report
Checks # 8920-8930 in the amount of $8,455.56 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd   by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted.  MC
 
Old Business
After much discussion there was a board consensus to have road review done in the fall instead of in the spring. The board has scheduled road review for October 14 from 7:00-10:00am. During road review the turnaround at Delano Rd will be viewed to figure out how to stop the gravel from being pushed out of the driveway that currently provides the turnaround for the grader.
 
The clerk is to check with Starwire to see if there is any progress on the internet grant project.
New Business 
The date for the budget hearing and town levy meeting will be Thursday, November 15th due to the election on November 8th.
 
Announcements
The October meeting will be on Tuesday, October 11th.  
Preliminary Budget review will be Tuesday, October 11th.
There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to adjourn the meeting at 7:35. MC
