TOWN of ROOSEVELT Minutes of the REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING July 12, 2022 Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lee Huber at 7:15 pm. Present: Todd Coons, Lee Huber, Trish Miner, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Wayne Romsos, Steve Madison There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC Public Input Treasurer’s Report Cash on Hand as of June 30, 2022: $104,518.74 Clerk’s Report Checks # 8902-8907 in the amount of $4,405.82 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons to pay bills as submitted. MC Old Business There is still no date for the dust control application. After much discussion, there was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to have Madison Construction install an 18” culvert on Places Lake Rd between the two ponds. MC. He will also cut brush on the north ½ of the township. New Business Announcements Next month's meeting will be Tuesday, August 16th at 7:00 p.m. There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to adjourn the meeting at 8:06 pm.
