Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
August 16, 2022
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:00 pm.

 
Present: Todd Coons(via phone), Lee Huber, Trish Miner, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Steve Madison
 
Public Input - No input
 
Approval of Minutes - There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC
 
Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of July 31, 2022:  $122,737.96
 
Clerk’s Report
Checks # 8908-8919 in the amount of $9898.78 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Todd Coons, 2nd   by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted.  MC
 
Old Business
Concerning Nelson’s request to improve the turnaround at the end of Nelson Lane, Lee Huber talked to them about proceeding with the project, and they indicated that they had some things to discuss with the board before the work is done. They expressed interest in attending the August board meeting, but they did not show up.
 
New Business 
There is logging being done on Delano Rd. The loggers talked to Lee about clearing an area to stack logs. They will reimburse the town for any damages done in the process. Lee asked them for a quote to clear logs in the town forests. The board will discuss options after receiving the quote.
 
Announcements
The September meeting will be held on Tuesday September 13th at 7:00pm.
 
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Lee Huber to adjourn the meeting at 7:25. MC
