Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
November 9, 2021
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Odden at 7:11 pm.

 
Present: Greg Odden (remote), Lee Huber, Trish Miner, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Wayne Romsos
 
There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC
 
Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of October 31, 2021:  $67,508.19
 
Clerk’s Report
Checks # 8807-8816 in the amount of $17,099.36 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to pay bills as submitted.  MC
 
Old Business
There was further discussion pertaining to the lack of gravel on Jim Kuehn’s driveway. It has been decided that Steve Madison will haul as much gravel as necessary to level out the driveway.
 
The 2022 budget was revisited for final approval. After much discussion and no changes, there was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to adopt the 2022 budget for the Town of Roosevelt with the town levy set at $35,625. MC
 
New Business
The Implements of Husbandry ordinance is up for annual renewal. After much discussion, there was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Lee Huber, to adopt Ordinance #2021-2 for the township to totally opt out of IOH length and weight limits. MC
 
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Lee Huber to adjourn the meeting at 7:35. MC
