TOWN of ROOSEVELT Minutes of the REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, November 13, 2024 Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:21 pm.
Present: Todd Coons(via phone), Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Wayne Romsos There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC Treasurer’s Report Cash on Hand as of October 31, 2024: $163,651.00 Clerk’s Report Checks # 9219-9236 in the amount of $5,593.35 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to pay bills as submitted. MC Old Business The board reviewed the budget that was presented and approved last month. The budget was amended for the budget to balance. New Business Lee Huber has been contacted by Mr. Jim Pearson, a forestry contractor. He found timber to cut in the township and would like to present his information at the December meeting. The board discussed the rezoning topic and it was decided that Becca Odden would reach out to County Zoning with questions and bring back more information to the December meeting. After some discussion there was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to renew the Command Central annual maintenance contract.
