Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
May 10, 2025
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 10:20 am

Present: Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser, Todd Coons, Wayne Romsos, Willie Boe, Steve Madison, Steve Nordquist

There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the April annual meeting. MC

There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of April 30, 2025:  $253,414.09

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9311-9318, in the amount of $6018.65 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd   by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted.  MC

Old Business
Lee Huber gave an update on the rezoning and LRIP project. More details and information will be given out at the next meeting. 

New Business  
Road Review – Superintendents and Lee Huber reported on road review. After some discussion,  a motion was made by Todd Coons to replace the signs on Romsos Road, Skinner Road and Crosby Road. 2nd by Tyler Huber. MC.

A liquor license for Roosevelt Hills and bartenders licenses was reviewed. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to approve the 2025- 2026 liquor license and bartender licenses. MC.

Timberland Bar and Grill submitted a bartender license application for review. Lee Huber made a motion to approve the bartender license. 2nd by TC. MC

There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to adjourn the meeting at 10:55 am. MC.
