Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 10, 2026
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:01 pm.

Present: Todd Coons, Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser

There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of May 31, 2026:  $281,278.94

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9420-9425,9430-9432 in the amount of $21,578.22 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd   by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted. MC

Old Business
The board discussed projects that could be completed with the remaining LRIP projects. Multiple ideas were discussed and reviewed, but no action was taken. There were no new updates on zoning. 

New Business  
A liquor license for Roosevelt Hills and bartenders licenses was reviewed. There was a motion by Lee Huber to approve the 2026- 2027 liquor license and bartender licenses. 2nd by Tyler Odden. MC. A beer and wine license for Timberland Bar and Grill was reviewed. There was a motion by Lee Huber to approve the 2026-2027 license. 2nd by Todd Coons. MC. 

There was a motion by Todd Coons, 2nd by Tyler Odden to adjourn the meeting at 7:54 pm. MC.
