TOWN of ROOSEVELT Minutes of the REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING June 10, 2025 Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:15 pm.
Present: Todd Coons, Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC Treasurer’s Report Cash on Hand as of May 31, 2025: $253,218.82 Clerk’s Report Checks # 9319-9327 in the amount of $6983.14 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted. MC Old Business Lee Huber reported on the zoning project. The goal is to have letters out in the next month to property owners identifying parcels and explaining the rezoning project. Other road projects were discussed and reviewed, but no action was taken. New Business A contract for the wood harvest on the Dump Road was received. After some discussion, Lee Huber made a motion to accept the contract as is. 2nd by Tyler Odden. MC.
