Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 4, 2024
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:15 pm.

Present: Todd Coons, Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of May 31, 2024:  $209,352.45

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9162-9174 in the amount of $13,295.08 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd   by Lee Huber to pay bills as submitted. MC

Old Business
Timberland Bar & Grill and Roosevelt Hills have submitted a beer/wine application renewal. After some discussion, there was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Todd Coons, to approve the beer/wine, and 2 operator licenses for Timberland Bar & Grill for the 2024-2025 calendar year. MC

Lee Huber presented and reviewed the road review. Data was presented and will be in the form of a working document to be used in the future for projects. 

New Business  

The board approved the option to receive the WISLR report in a digital format for 2025. 

Rebecca Odden brought forward the idea of having town board meetings on the second Wednesday of every month beginning at 7:00. After some discussion the board decided to move forward with this idea. The next meeting will be Wednesday, July 10th, 2024. 


There was a motion by Todd Coons, 2nd by Tyler Odden to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 pm. MC.
