TOWN of ROOSEVELT
Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
July 8, 2025
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Road H, Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lee Huber at 7:05pm.
Present:  Lee Huber, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Serena Fankhauser

There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Public Input

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of July 31, 2025:  $246,391.27

Clerk’s Report
Checks #9328-9333 in the amount of $15,718.10 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Lee Huber , 2nd   by Tyler Odden to pay bills as submitted.  MC

Old Business
 Lee Huber and Becca Odden gave an update on the zoning. Letters will be sent to property holders in August.

Lee Huber gave an update on the roads within the township. After further discussion and what was seen on the road tour, there was a motion for Madison’s Construction to apply gravel on Lake 32 Road to the South Boundary of Skinner and on Nelson Road off of Timberland Rd. Tyler Odden 2nd the motion. MC. Lee Huber made a second motion for Madison Construction to improve the ditching on Nelson Road to the west as needed and add supplementary gravel as needed. Tyler Odden 2nd the motion. MC

New Business 
A bartender license was presented for approval from Timberland Bar and Grill. Lee Huber made a motion to review and approve the application. Tyler Odden 2nd. MC.

Envirotech was applied to the township roads in the middle of July. There was minimal discussion about the application and feedback given to the board has been positive. The township looks to continue it in the future.

Next month's meeting will be Wednesday, August 13th  at 7:00 p.m.
There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Lee Huber, to adjourn the meeting at 7:27 pm. MC
