Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, January 8, 2025
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Hwy H Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Huber at 7:08 pm.
Present: Lee Huber, Serena Fankhauser, Becca Odden, Tyler Odden, Wayne Romsos, Todd Coons

There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Public Input

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of December 31, 2024: $201,161.24

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9252-9262 in the amount of $70,186.43 were presented for payment, There was a motion by Lee Huber, 2nd   by Todd Coons to pay bills as submitted.  MC

Old Business
The board discussed zoning certain parcels in the township. Jason Towne from the county zoning committee attended the meeting to discuss the township zoning and how to move forward with rezoning within the township. 

Within the discussion, a resident’s complaint was discussed about the ice that is forming on Timberland Road. The complaint will be referred to the county.  

New Business  
After some discussion, Lee Huber made a motion to purchase Quickbooks Pro and payroll for 2025 for the clerk and treasurer to use as their software. Tyler Odden 2nd. MC. 

Next year's projects will be discussed at meetings going forward. Rebecca Odden will bring examples of previous bids to discuss. 

Announcements
The next monthly meeting will be Wednesday, February 12th  pm at Timberland Lutheran Church.

Motion by Lee Huber, 2nd by Tyler Odden to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 pm. MC.
