Minutes of the
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
February 12, 2025
Timberland Lutheran Church, 20805 County Hwy H Barronett

The meeting was called to order by Tyler Odden at 7:01 pm.

Present - Tyler Odden, Todd Coons, Serena Fankhauser (by phone), Wayne Romsos, Becca Odden

There was a motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd by Todd Coons, to accept the minutes from the previous regular meeting. MC

Public Input

Treasurer’s Report
Cash on Hand as of February 28, 2025:  $343,111.24

Clerk’s Report
Checks # 9263-9275 in the amount of $310,441.68 were presented for payment. There was a motion by Todd Coons, 2nd by Tyler Odden, to pay bills as submitted.  MC

Old Business
The board reviewed the Odden Road project from 2021 to begin planning for 2025 projects. They tabled further discussion till the next meeting. 

New Business 
There are 2 new election workers that need board approval, Bob Erickson and Tercia Zwart. There was a motion by Todd Coons, 2nd by Tyler Odden to approve Bob Erickson and Tercia Zwart. as election workers for the Town of Roosevelt. MC

Mosaic Technologies reached out to local townships to get support for the expansion of broadband in rural areas. After some discussion, Tyler Odden made a motion to give our support to the expansion. 2nd by Todd Coons.MC.

Announcements
The next monthly meeting will be on Wednesday, March 12th at 7:00 pm at Timberland Lutheran Church.
Motion by Tyler Odden, 2nd Todd Coons to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 pm. MC.
