Voting Equipment Audit

Present for all or portions of the meeting: Rebecca Odden, Serena Fankhauser, and Angela Landsworth.

No public was present.

The audit began at 5:30 pm.

• Rebecca Odden reviewed the audit instructions and procedures.
  
• Ballots were broken down into stacks of fifty and further broken down to twenty-five. Each stack of fifty was labeled (1-50, 51-100, etc.).
  
• Auditors reviewed results after each stack of fifty to verify results.
  
• Following the review of all the ballots, the tally sheets were added and totals transferred to the reporting form. There were no changes.
  
• Ballots were sealed in a new security bag along with the original security bag. The EL-104 was updated with the new seal number.
  

The audit concluded at 7:20 pm.
